Who we are
Mold specialists for a humid county
Mold Removal Palm Beach County serves homeowners, condo associations, landlords, property managers and businesses across all of Palm Beach County. Our work covers the full arc of a mold problem: mold inspection and testing, mold assessment, professional mold remediation, black mold removal, attic, crawl space and below-grade mold, demo-free cleaning, and mold damage restoration once the area passes clearance.
We built the company around the way mold actually behaves here. Warm, damp air, long wet seasons, hurricane-season storms and AC systems that run all year create moisture problems that bleach and paint never fix. So every job starts with moisture mapping and ends with a dry, verified space — not with a spray bottle.
We also believe you should understand every decision. Findings, lab results and the scope of work are explained in plain English, and if you do not need remediation at all, we tell you that too.
Our principles
-
Moisture first
Mold is a symptom. We find, document and help correct the water source — leaks, condensation, poor ventilation, humidity — before anything else.
-
Contain everything
Poly containment, negative air and HEPA filtration keep spores in the work zone and clean rooms clean.
-
Remove only what must go
Demo-free cleaning wherever materials can be saved; tear-out only for porous materials that cannot.
-
Prove the result
Drying targets and clearance before rebuild, with photos and reports you can hand to an insurer, buyer or tenant.
How it works
Mold removal in four clear steps
Four steps, the same order every time — because skipping one is how mold comes back.
Step 1 of 4
Call & consult
We ask the questions that matter — recent leaks, AC behavior, how long the smell has been there, who lives in the home — and tell you honestly whether your Palm Beach County property needs testing, removal, or neither.
What you get
- A straight answer on what to do first
- A scheduled visit that suits you
- No obligation
Step 2 of 4
Inspect & test
Our technicians use moisture meters and thermal imaging to map wet materials behind finishes. Where it will answer a real question, air and surface samples go to an accredited laboratory and indoor results are compared with an outdoor baseline.
What you get
- Moisture map & photos
- Lab results explained in plain English
- Written scope of work
Step 3 of 4
Contain & remove
Poly containment and negative air pressure keep spores inside the work zone. Contaminated porous materials are bagged and removed, structural surfaces are HEPA-vacuumed and cleaned, and demo-free cleaning is used wherever materials can be saved.
What you get
- Clean rooms stay clean
- Only what must go is removed
- Daily progress updates
Step 4 of 4
Dry, verify & restore
Materials are dried to target moisture levels and the area is verified before drywall, paint and flooring go back. You leave with documentation and a short prevention plan for humidity, AC and leaks.
What you get
- Clearance before rebuild
- Before/after documentation
- Prevention checklist

Florida mold rules, in plain English
Florida is one of the few states that licenses mold work. Four rules protect you — here they are in plain English, with the statute behind each one.
Before you hire anyone, ask
- 1What is your Florida mold license number?
- 2Who tests the home — and is that company separate from the cleanup?
- 3How will you contain the work area and filter the air?
- 4How will we know it is finished — what does clearance look like?
Check any license at MyFloridaLicense.com (opens in a new tab) (Florida DBPR)
-
Over 10 sq ft is licensed work
Florida defines mold assessment and mold remediation as work involving more than 10 square feet of mold. Above that size, both must be performed by professionals licensed under Chapter 468, Part XVI of the Florida Statutes.
What it means for youAsk for the license number before anyone opens a wall.
-
Testing stays independent
A mold assessor — or the assessor’s company — may not remediate a structure it assessed within the previous 12 months. Certain Division I contractors are exempt, but must disclose your right to competitive bids.
What it means for youThe company that tests your home should not quietly become the one selling you the cleanup.
- 03 § 468.8419(1)(f)–(g), (2)(f)–(g)
No referral payments
Mold assessors and mold remediators may not pay or accept compensation for sending work to each other.
What it means for youA recommendation should come from your test results, not from a referral fee.
-
Small jobs can be DIY
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) says areas under about 10 square feet can usually be cleaned by homeowners: scrub hard surfaces with detergent and water, wear gloves, goggles and an N-95 respirator, and dry everything completely.
What it means for youIf yours is small and the water source is fixed, we will tell you so.

Honest about demolition
